After a long soul search and searching for a plot of land, we planted the Kadita vineyard in the vicinity of Mt.Meron, in the Galilee. The varieties we planted were Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Sirah (Durif). The terroir was chosen because of it's volcanic earth and cool climate. Kadita (850 meters above sea level) is most suitable for the Bordeaux varieties and gives the wines rich fruit flavors and high acids.
