Blend of all three varieties we grow:
Cabernet-Sauvignon 60% / Cabernet-Franc 23% / Merlot 17%.
This is the forth vintage we produce the blended wine Enigma, in such proportions that the Cabernet-Sauvignon contributes its powerful intensity, with the fines and wide spectrum of the other two, Cabernet-Franc and Merlot. shows generous ripe, cassis, raspberry, and cherry fruits, those matched nicely by caressingly soft tannins, lightly spicy oak and chocolate, all coming together elegantly on a long and mouth-filling finish.Powerful, balanced wine which we are very proud of. |
