Boston Israeli wine tasting event

Text size: A | A
Friday Nov. 13, 2009. A special event featuring a wine tasting of some of the notable boutique wineries in Israel, including Margalit, Flam and Pelter was held in the Marriott Courtyard in Boston. Organized by Dr. Eyal Zimlichman for a group of physicians attending Harvard's Executive Health Management program, the primary objective was to expose the participants to a unique Israeli wine experience. The responses were highly favorable as most have experienced their first encounter with Israeli Wines. The two Margalit winery representatives – the 2005 Cabernet Franc and the 2006 Enigma, both drew attention and enthusiasm. As can be ascertained from Eyal's mail…

Hi Assaf,

How are you? Hope all is well.

Wanted to let you know about the wine tasting event I held to my Harvard class last Friday. The event was a big success! People were very enthusiastic with the wines.

The highlight of the evening by most people's was the Margalit Cab Frank. Also very good responses for the Enigma. And this is from a group of people who have had their share of wine experience.

Congratulations for the magnificent efforts on both!

Thank you very much for helping out on this and getting me in contact with Richard Shaffer who really helped to pull this together. I hope we will get a chance to do something similar again.

All the best,
